Solaire’s words brought a grown man to tears. The struggle and strife we face every day is real and far too often we hear “get good” or “suck it up”. Often times what we actually need is someone to tell us that there is no magic potion, special armor, or legendary weapon that will protect us from attack, vanquish all of our foes, or solve our problems. The only way to succeed is to focus on our goals and be persistent in our dedication to our craft. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all for all of your hard work and dedication. We all need help, and today your message was there for me in my moment of need.

One thing I feel doesn't get enough credit or is mentioned enough, is the absolute accuracy of the colour grading in this entire series. Whoever did the colour grading has nailed the cold and bleak visual style in the same way as Dark Souls. Well done man, mega genius :)

This is the most accurate representation of Dark Souls in spirit, technicality, and just overall. It is just awesomeness. The end Solaire speech - just took the air of my lungs :)

I love the fact that Souls Series/FromSoft Games allow you to just sprint past enemies when you don’t feel like fighting them. This really helped me in my first Bloodborne playthrough

The summons scene is %100 accurate i can't count how many times I've summoned someone and they just rush in like that and basically get squished by a giant foot lol

Solaires speech is literally what dark souls is all about. Patience and determination. Great life lessons from a game that happens to be a work of art

There's not enough credit to the cinematography. The lighting, sound, and angles of this are superb, and really make it shine. Shout out to the camera guys, sound engineers, and location scouts.

I absolutely love how they portray the "git gud" advice. Like it is perfectly encapsulated to represent what every souls player means by git gud.

I love how they captured the enemies still swinging at you long after you die XD

I had spent DAYS on the gargoyles, had to go grind dozens of levels, collect every upgrade I could, I went there, ready to go all out, summoned Solaire, and, then he proceeded to solo those two jerks 1 at a time, with lightning to death from the entrance. While I distracted the other :D

Man the production quality is so amazing!!! Feels like it came straight out of Netflix!!! Please... We need to see the actual duel between Ben and Adam the Invader.

I LOVE that Git Gud speech. Such a good lesson not taught by games anymore. I learned that lesson cutting my teeth on Mike Tyson's Punch Out and Ninja Gaiden. To this day, I have never beaten either game without cheats or save states. However, I, to this day, have never given up. I still go back and try every so often. Came so close on Punch Out last time. Almost there. Failure is only truly failure when you give up. Everything before that moment is just a lesson on what not to do. Learning that lesson is up to you.
