The Neoplan N 4421 replaced buses of type MB O 405 G and MAN SG 242 H.
Till 2014 all N 4421 were retired or sold and replaced by MB Citaro (C2) G and Solaris Urbino 18 III.
In 2014 this bus has been sold to UAB Vilniaus viešasis transportas, autobusų parkas, Vilnius (Lithuania) (No. 995 / license plate 'HHK 841').
The bus has been retired in 2022.
