+kodiak wild I think it's supposed to be on the off beats, but it sounds more like triplets haha (if that's the part you mean) It's not the tightest, but he's playing art warped tour so fair play to him!

Tom Ainsworth yeah, i found the studio version of the song, & he's not quite playing that, & it's a bit rough...funny thing is, the pattern he's playing doesn't fit with the recording, but it's still consistent in the performance.

+kodiak wild well I think it should be noted bands like this aren't really "traditionally" proficient in music, so they try to write these breakdowns that are supposed to sound complex without having any real fundamentals put into them so they come out sounding weird.

Get into a successful band with a lot of exposure (you don't even have to be a great drummer, just be popular), play Zildjians and apply for or be offered an endorsement deal.

Denneil Chambers Practice more, work harder, meet more people, and play every show you get offered. Do this enough and for long enough, and the stars will align. That's how you "make it".

You know what guys, i dont think the intro was sloppy - instead i think they changed the way they performed it live to give it more of a sluggish feel to emphasise the chugging in the intro and therefore make it heavier if that makes sense. The rest of the track is played wayyy too tight for the intro to be sloppy
