Makes absolutely no sense. I hate it when I see people do that. Then they complain about rats LOL that is literally why there are there. But I do blame some of this on the city. If you see abandoned houses everywhere (mostly owned by the city) wlith high ass grass and junkies living in them then being clean just isn't going to help. The f'd up part is that gentrified areas have no abandoned properties.

Baltimore city has had alot of poverty, murders, forgotten about youth, no programs out here to help the young youth & their development or education opportunities. Jobs, no careers, for people higher paying bills, with urban areas thats forgotten about, with nothing for our young youth to look forward to. I've been a resident in Baltimore city all my life and believe you me it hasn't always been down hill. I commend these young artists out here finding positivity and sharing music of truth about B"more with all odds against blacks. Many blessings, ill be looking forward to hearing what track comes out next. Keep ya heads up, many blessings. Real talk violence, poverty, its everywhere no matter where ya go!!! ✊✊✊
