10/10 would recommend, unless you are driving. Misread the instantly part, thought I could use some relaxation. I'm now paralyzed from the waist down and my wife and kids left me for a man with legs, but I had a great nap in the ditch. So great I woke up in the hospital. He means it when he says "fall asleep instantly".
