Something funny is that (as far as I know) the ancient Greeks actually had street lamps made from candles. This means that at least most of this song could realistically be shown to someone from around those times and they'd be able to understand most of it. Although the neon light is something that might be kinda confusing to them since those wouldn't be invented until 1910. But other than that, it'd make perfect sense to an ancient Greek person.
