Fun Fact: you are one of the first RU-vid channels I've ever followed, back when I was 9 I first watched your Totaler Krieg Preview videos and watched you ever since. Your Cold War series is one of my best RU-vid memories I have and I ended up rewatching it all again during the pandemic. I'm 18 now and your videos have rubbed off heavily on me, I'm deep into map and scenario making in Men of War, Call to Arms, Arma 3, and a few others. Just wanted to say thank you for all the years you have been uploading and the countless hours of entertainment you have provided for me and many other.
Diplex is one of those RU-vidrs that you come back to and realise he has been consisently releasing videos for the majority of our lives. I've been here since Third Age Total War Let's Plays 12+ years ago! Absolute legend mate!
the small arms are what sound better to me in this patch. The explosions seem to have lost a bit of their punch in favor of noise. Likely a mix issue that will be sorted out in time. All told, a hugely enjoyable viewing and listening experience. Thanks for the vid. Hope you and yours are hanging in there.
I was looking back on some old videos, and i just want the link to the omaha beach maps by the red dot black square since i dont since them, also what shaders did you use?
You should think about making some superfortress wave videos for gates of hell, they were the reason I found your channel, the reason I bought men of war, and the reason I subscribed. These videos were what I grew up with,
Sounds are cool indeed, but could be better. Give me more realistic reverb and echo. Guns dont sound like balloon popped in anechoic chamber, I want to feel the power spreading rhrough air ! This video is a bit extreme but a great example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8DVGMa3m3BI.html
Still doesn't sound real. Anyone who hunts knows how loud a 30 caliber is. Imagine what a 20mm would sound like. Much louder. More distorted and deafening booms while the ones at you crack, pop and snap. It echoes for miles.
