Wow. Since I started following your videos I've learned so much and have a deeper understanding of how to build a sound system that puts quality sound. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, experience and expertise
@@AcidSoundSystem looking to move from NYC soon I am also in the process of building my sound and I don't intend to get rid of cUz of ppl wanna live In a somewhat isolated place where neighbors are spread out. 🙏
@@joseyspence3190 Yes I intend to dot he same eventually but right now where I am I finally can plan my music with no issues -- sad part is is the houses were further apart where I use to live than where I am now. It just depends on the people you have as neighbors and that you respect them and they respect you.
I love my neighbors. When I crank my machine, nobody calls the cops. I use my discretion and start turning down around 10-11 pm. Sometimes party gwaan till wee hours a dih morning at an acceptable volume. In the winter season I pay it forward by going through snow on everyone’s side walk with my tractor. Nah lef Hartford a raas.
Manners Acid i would love if you could one day give some more air time to that crown Straight Line 2 and also your opinion, if the huge money they're going for now is worth it ?
Not cool for me. They sound like a hammer and also they use the same box and that's not music it's better to call SOUND POLLUTION please respect that's only my opinion.
Hello I DJ but I wanna get into setting up for bands and shows. I am putting together a BI-AMP MACHINE and speakers FROM SCRATCH ! I wanted to know what’s the name of the tweeters he is using ? I see the box the laptop stand but I can’t make out the name ! I do have four JBL 400 TRIO.
Depends on the mic - My preferred choice is sennheiser mics - they are one of the best. But you can get decent mic set up with other brands you just need to get someone to set it up that knows how to
I can't speak about the sound in the video, it all depends on your system and how it's set up , no 1 solution. If the processor is 4 in 8 out 2 of the inputs could be left and right (2 column sound). 5 outputs would be sub , low mid , hi mid , horn, tweeter. Again, it depends on the impedance of your speakers : are you running 2 ohms, 4, or 8 ? If the system is 4 column the other processor would run the other 2 columns. The subs can also be aux fed off the mixer, that would free up a channel on the processor , and you could run 4 channel stereo : low mid , high mid , horn , tweeter, 2 X 4 = 8 outputs. It sounds complicated but it's not. I don't run tweeters on my system , so I run 2 in , 8 out. one driverack runs 2 columns, and the other 2 columns run off the other driverack.
