The Sri Yantra is formed with 9 triangles , 4 upwards and 5 downwards and a bindu. The human thumb is outside of the rest of the fingers , 4 fingers pointing upwards , and 5 toes pointing downwards , and resting the thumb in the palm locate the center.

It is amazing how truth creates infinite forms and infinite art in different cultures , and every form is a lifetime of infinite creating. It is a blessing that truth give me a glimpse to the root of chinese arts , giving me the chance to see it is just the same truth in Yogic traditions. Perhaps it is the exploitative nature of chinese arts that leads to the dying phase of these many arts. To see this reality , why Yogic traditions seems to talk about gods and goddess really make sense.

Dear Uday ji, thank you for this beautiful explanation and visual presentation of this all important verse of Tantra shastra. I have not seen this explained so clearly anywhere else. Grateful 🙏🏼🙏🏼😊 One suggestion. The background music (of a tabla or a mridangam) has an energetic beat to it and is not really soothing. It does get a bit distracting when we are listening to your wonderful explanation. So kindly keep the volume lower or have a soothing instrument (like a Veena or a sitar) in the background. Thank you for everything that you are doing 🙏🏼😊🙏🏼
