Finally Anker it’s updating there line up of speakers. I got few of them and the last one I bought was the little brother of that speaker you review… yeah…the Boom 2. It’s so powerful and excellent for outdoors. Now, the Boom 2 Plus delivers more powerful sound? Technically it's not a review... Definitely a paid spot as Jeff rightly discloses at the very beginning in an unambiguous way. Which is refreshing since so many people either don't disclose it, or sort of barely disclose it at the end. But as always it's an amazing job from Jeff. He's an excellent editor, narrator, etc..

If you arent gaming with 3d audio headphones, it doesnt matter if your audio is synced up because you cant get directional audio very good from standard speakers such as this. I did purchase this speaker and its the best overall sounding speaker i have ever owned

My favorite small speaker from soundcore is the mini pro 3, Its smaller than a coffee mug and it has really good bass and clear sound quality. For such a tiny speaker you can fit into your pocket, It makes it mabye on of the best mini blutooth speakers you can buy anywhere

Another great review man! I would love to see a "yesterday vs. today" type of "how well do they hold up" retro review. Like Soundcore Life P3 vs Soundcore P40i, Soundpeats H2 vs Soundpeats Clear, maybe 1more Evo versus Samsung Buds FE. Those are just a few of sample ideas; you get where I'm coming from - some that are 2-4 yrs old versus newer stuff at a similar current selling price. Even if it's just your subjective take I think it would be cool to see how well some of these buds hold up over time.

I bought 2 Boom speakers and they are ok. Just sound a bit hollow. My money is with Marshall. Might not be the loudest BT speakers but the sound is so pure. Looking good, El Jefe!

You only mentioned the "pool" and the "barbecue", others like New Stuff TV actually threw it into the pool and made a barbecue 😂 I'm glad you didn't and sticked to your own method. Soundcore is going too far with the scripting and demands for the promoted reviews, they're making it feel like honesty and transparency are being compromised, even if that's not the case. Soundcore needs to be sending at least two speakers per review to test the pairing capabilities. How else can we judge connectivity and performance.

Agreed! I've tested TWS pairing with the OG Motion+ and Motion Boom. It worked great! I hope it's the same case with Boom 2 and Boom 2 Plus.🙏🏼

After owning a Bumpboxx Ultra (NYC graffiti) at "140 watts", and testing it against the Motion Boom Plus, that I had both got stolen from my house in April, I was totally sold on the sound quality of Soundcore! The MB+ sounded like the Bumpboxx Ultra CLAIMED it did, but it was crap, lol! The Soundcore blew it out of the water! 🤣

Why don't they use the Bluetooth codec APT X HD or better yet LDAC or LOSSLESS Bluetooth? They are using SBC which is the worst to use only 320kbp/s witch is a VERRY LOSSY. So, this speaker wont sound any better than a MP3 at 320kbp/s. All you're ever going to get out of this is MP3 quality which is GARBAGE. Don't expect anywhere near CD quality sound from this it's IMPOSSIBLE with verry lossy compression that this unit does on the Bluetooth signal path.
