Jbl should bring back the audio jack and being or having phone speaker just like other brands of speakers like tribit, tronsmart etc. Having that extra feature, the new edge of JBL having that removable battery for extra longevity of the bluetooth speaker.
Oh my god. At the sound test... The very first time you switched to the JBL E4 I literally laughed out loud. JBL is out of their minds charging almost $400 for that thing. It got a little better at the 80% test but man... That Soundcore stomped it. It wasn't even close.
I like the RGB battery-level lights on the JBL. I'm a fan of the Soundcore products, but I also like the Edifier products. Both are great brands with value for money. But if money is not the problem, I'll choose the Bang & Olufsen hyper-expensive luxury speakers!
I bought myself a Fugoo XL Speaker (which is currently discontinued) over 5 years ago. It’s been a SOLID speaker but I felt that after the heavy usage it started to distort pretty bad when you surpassed the 75% volume. It sounded FANTASTIC at 50% volume but I just wanted a new speaker that didn’t distort at high volumes. The best feature by far was the battery life though, it has up to 40hr battery which is UNHEARD of in the portable Bluetooth speaker market. I recently gave it to my mom because she wanted a speaker but didn’t want to spend too much on one. She loves it. Long story short I’ve been searching for that speaker that lives up to my old Fugoo XL and I have yet to find one that satisfies me enough to bite the bullet and purchase. This new soundcore speaker has my interest piqued BUT sadly the battery life is still mid to me. I would go DAYS sometimes a whole week without charging my Fugoo. I feel that speaker companies aren’t considering the battery so much as the bass or how loud a speaker is. The only speaker I’ve seen that recently released with a solid battery was the Sony ULT Field 7 but that is a whopping $500! 😳 I paid two hundred and some change for my Fugoo (yes I know, inflation ugh!) Is it too much to ask for a speaking with a good battery life, quality sound at ALL volumes, and good bass? lol anyways I’m done ranting hahaha
What's going on with the Boom 2 Plus vs ULT7 and Boombox 3, i know that Boom 2 plus has no chance against them, but would be nice to hear your opinion.
The SB2+need a rubberized coating at rubber feet to protect itself from scratches, when you accidentally fall the bluetooth speaker, it can break, you dont want it to happen you your expensive bluetooth? Maybe they should think not to make it that too plasticky?😅✌️
Wow, the SB2+ spanked the E4 badly in all areas except size and possibly durability - the SB2+ is a noticeably larger speaker and might be a bit more difficult to pack away into a backpack or something, and the E4's fabric coating is likely going to stand up to a bit more wear and tear. Unless Soundcore provide an add-on neoprene sleeve for the SB2+ (hint, hint!). I already have three working BT speakers, but I'm tempted to add the SB2+ to the collection.
The EXTREME 3 is better for indoor use while being plugged in getting the full 100 watts placed near a wall. The EXTREME 4 is better for outdoor use with more upper bass & highs with a longer battery life of 24 hrs.
Should i get boom 2 plus or the jbl 110 i can get them for the same price wich will shacke my house the most a wich gets loudest when the 110 is not plugged in wich would u recommend?
