I have both. The sou d core is more spacious sounding than the flex. Flex has more punchy bass but the 300 is louder. Both has no distortion at max level. I had my 300 equalizer set on a V shaped, much sounding better than the signature and bass options. Honestly for the price of the 300 and its sounds, it's pretty close comparison. I'm a bose fan and my stereo system are all bose, but damn the flex is awesome for the price and the sound is amazing.

Also have both. I think the Bose seems to have a slightly more polished and "pleasant" experience at low to medium levels. But honestly I think the Soundcore has better overall sound reproduction. For the money, it's not really a close comparison.

I bought the Bose Flex and Motion 300 all together on Amazon and when it come to sounds comparison the Motion 300 sounds much way better and more clear

Feature wise soundcore is too good, if they could just work on giving a minimalistic look to the logo it would look super cool.

Anker sound presets are mud forcing user into custom eq adjustment which isn't so user friendly for majorty.

I agree because if you don’t know anything about 9-band EQ’s you’ll have to play around with it for a while until you figure out the sound you like

@@DroidModderX i wish they'd come out with something bigger, like a competitor to the jbl partybox series....if they can come out with 2 party type speakers to rival the partybox 310 and the partybox 710, but at a cheaper price with amazing spund and bass....that would be amazing.

PLEASE READ: This speaker has too much distortion. Play the song wine pon you by Doja cat in SoundCore’s signature sound mode and at max volume you will hear distortion. It’s the cross over from when the high bass drops down to the low bass (sub bass) that I hear distortion in her voice. I tried to eq it to fix the issue but that didn’t seem to help. I turned down the bass when I EQ’d it and of course I still heard distortion.

I have both Motion 300 and an old Bose Soundlink Mini (1st gen.). Motion 300 is a very good modern speaker in every way but... in terms of sound, Bose is the best.

My Bose usbc port just died.. in not quite a year. Have heard of others having the same problem. The speaker is/ was, not that loud. The sound quality was good, but often drowned out by the car, the shower, etc. The app is just problems, honestly, I think it’s mostly gathering your data. I can’t recommend. Nope.

@francescocorona1183 Logo blah but worth it as I found out today. Solid build , more features & superior sound quality thanks to Bluetooth 5.3/LDAC/Hi-res audio @ half the price of Bose Flex. No regrets here going with 300 in black color. I don't stare @ logo lol

@thematt5325 I'm not finding such performance with (LDAC) connection enabled listening to (Ultra HD) content on Amazon Music. I have 300 EQ set @ flat. Amazon music app EQ set @ flat. Sound is amazing! My brother owns Bose flex. We did side by side sound check last night. 300 came out on top. He wasn't digging its logo though lol. His fix for that would be removing grill , spray painting flat black , putting back on. I might do that in future..maybe next summer if it doesn't void Asurion warrenty. Adding - Speaker grill modification. Paint thinner/acetone soak for couple hours followed by hour of Birchwood Casey bluing process. That would provide uniform blue-black color looking pretty cool logo would no longer stand out.

@@thematt5325Depending on what you have the EQ set to. But I like that the soundcore has an EQ that’s so customizable. And the Bose SoundLink Flex has no EQ options sadly. Some don’t care but I like having an adjustable EQ for my speaker or portable speaker, earbuds, or headphones too.

bose support sucks, i have the bose flex and it died and doesnt charge anymore but their support only offer to buy another speaker instead of offering more solutions.
