I can not control the volumes up or down through the app. I wonder if my earbud has error or the app get error. Can u help me check out this problem on your earbud. Thank you so much
Actually when u control the volume using the earbuds , they don't control the volume of your device. They control the volume of your earbuds you can keep trying to increase the volume until it make some kind of notification sound to inform that your earbud is on max volume.
The reason they do that is if you feel like the max volume on your device is not enough you can increasing the volume more with the earbuds ... You can try it .
