no sane person without a vested interest will argue with you.. unfortunately, money ruins things in a hurry.. they are going to reach an agreement though..
@@hermitcrypto2787 you took the words right out of my mouth - LOL! Video just put together for Memorial Day - regardless that’s it’s late - it’s still great!
I don't think it's going to drag out too long.. Cornell's wife herself said everything he worked on will see the light of day..her family is a bit unhinged though.. can't be sure
Definitely a highlight of the album. Chris death messed me up man. I couldn’t listen to Soundgarden for a long time after. I really connected to the band especially through the lyrics and was really greatful they were still kicking considering what happened to Nirvana, Layne Staley and Mother Love Bone. They were all the voice for people like me. Then I heard the news and my heart felt like it dropped into my stomach. Things are okay now and I’m listening to the music again as well as Linkin Park. Hope the rest of the band is doing well!
SoundGarden is one of those bands that with RARELY exceptions ALL the members are top level musicians, just like the Beatles or PinkFloyd, where all the members were talented and multifaceted. The bassist (Ben Shepherd) is a monster, the drummer (Matt Cameron) is a killer, the guitarist (Kim Thayil) is breathtaking in the tuning and complexity of the riffs, and Cornell sings like a God of Olympus, as well as playing very well, it's a band that has everything in terms of music, composition, chords, sonority, it's like a classical music show where the Maestro is rock n roll.
Fantastic. My dream show would be Clutch opening up for Soundgarden lol Will never happen, but can you imagine? Hearing everyone being so Punky soothes my heart. Miss Chris, but will always love Ben Kim and Matt.
Sorry to post twice. My crap band way back when made us contemporaries. Ronnie Champagne was from Calg so my old band Coughin' Nails , felt we were with our pal Ronnie in Seattle somehow when houses were shared and we would all be in "Bands" to write and play. So we got cassettes here and there and we all agreed Soundgarden were, from the get go 1000% original. When we first heard Nirvana we all went... "Are the a Fang clone?" but, with Soundgarden us Punks had something with a Metal touch to love and feel brotherhood with when we were all on cassette! And it was original and still is. Amazing. Ronnie , of course did AIC and JA and we loved it later later, but Kim and Chris from cassette were special and later, when the final lineup became, we OPs (Original Punks) were always so proud of SG making it good because we loved that they always did Punk shit. Always. This new stuff is baddass and ,,,,,,,,,,,.......... pure somehow, like it was 1988 and we had our records in a stack. I Love this and can't wait for the rest. :-)
Haven't heard King Animal in awhile so I forgot the title. Remember liking this song alot though. I just remember hearing By Crooked Steps for the first time and was just entranced. Such and underrated song that like the album alot of old school Soundgarden fans just didn't get. RIP Chris!!!
