they are definitely building to something. it does feel different. those losses to SF to end the season have stung this team so much and that has left them bitter and focused. it's like eating that shit sandwich and forcing it down. they don't like the taste of it and they don't want to experience it anymore. they have come in with a newfound focus. they aren't satisfied with these little victories. they want more. Dak didn't want to wear the conference championship gear. Micah said he wanted 2 more hats. The NFC Championship and Super Bowl hats. They don't care about these regular season accomplishments. They want to get to the next step.

well the more successful this team gets the more likely other teams will want these assistant coaches. you can pray to the football Gods all you want. but it's inevitable these coaches will be plucked from this team. Quinn in all certainty is heading to Seattle. He's a great fit for that team. Harris would be a great DC for that team. He would bring back the LOB.

I think he most likely retires a Cowboy, especially if we can finally win a Super Bowl this year or next. We don't want to make the same mistake we did with D-Ware where he has to go somewhere else to get his ring.

I know a lot of fans give him love but it does feel like everybody just wants to talk about Micah. Of course Micah is Micah. But DLaw deserves as much love as anyone.

@Parris0210 Micah gets all the love because he's pure domination. DLaw doesn't get the media love, but if you talk to people who know ball, they rave about DLaw. He jumps off the tape. He does everything well. He plays the run, he rushes the passer, he's so smart in everything he does. DLaw isn't gonna give you 20 sacks in a season, but he's gonna give you 10 plus stop the run, plus make every tackle, plus be the heartbeat and leader of the team. That's why you pay him the big money.

Im 46 too and I swear reading this it sounds like something I wrote word for word. I said last year the only thing this team was missing was a competent offensive play caller. MM hasn't been perfect. But he's been a huge upgrade over Moore. This year I said if Dak can keep the turnovers down they are one of the 4 best teams in the league. Dak guaranteed he wouldn't have 10 ints. He was true to his word. I trust him 100 percent in the playoffs. The defense is shaky but when they need to make plays or a stop they will do it. They don't sit back and wait for Micah or Dak to make plays you got other guys who know they can do it too. They can be that guy.

If we can get a turnover or two each game and take care of business on offense, there's no reason why we can't get to the Superbowl and even win it.... (Oh...and keep the damn penalties down too!)
