Can't believe a blackbird will land on your hand and eat let alone sing that is amazing. I have nuthatch, Chickadees and titmouse come to me but not a Blackbird.

This brings back such great memories being in the great out doors hearing this sound I knew spring had sprung ,that is tremendous trust you have gained with this burden I have never seen one hand land before from this usually skiddish bird???
RWB live and breed all along the North Carolina coast. I loved when we'd visit Sunset Beach family, and they would have such a fit as you walked thru the dune walkways! Such a beautiful bird.
