Great for Graeme Souness to say he has a soft spot for Everton and that the city of Liverpool needs two Premier League clubs! 🤗 Of course Graeme was one of the best midfielders, running strongly and creating and scoring, from the latter part of the 1970's through the 1980's. Scored Liverpool's winner in the League Cup Final replay against Everton in 1984. Fortunately it ignited the rise of Howard Kendall's Everton to challenge, and win, trophies along with Liverpool in those few great years!

Always liked Graeme. Unfortunately my old man, may he rest in peace, didnt feel the same! Followed Everton home and away in rhe 70's and 80's before I was born in 84. Regardless, he must be having us on that hes 70. That fella is not 70! Looks great for his age. Thats what regular exercise and a good diet will do for you. Fair play mate.

It might also not be. Those points they got after the initial ban, those seemed like points they earned *because* that deduction had made them turn up for results. After that, they've reverted to type. Their stats since then have been abysmal, they are relegation candidates for sure. So that's a debatable point as far as I'm concerned.

EFC over the last 5 years are only beaten by BHA and Luton in having a lower net spend on players, so come on explain your word of cheating?
