RASA CAN U PLEASE REPLY 🙏 I was spinning, I got scared and open my eyes several times and closed again in a sec to make sure I'm herre. I was scared to leave the body cause afraid to come back. please someone reply if I follow this, what will happen ? I was about to enter into vortex but spinning so fast and scared so opened the eyes.....

From my own experience there’s nothing to be scared of, you can just open your eyes and press stop. If you don’t feel ready, please practice beginner meditations, using just breathing techniques and simple visuals. 🙏
