I greet you with love! 💕
I started getting to know sourdough a few weeks ago. Now I dare to show my bread too 😊
It takes time, attention and patience, but otherwise it is not difficult. It's worth it for the end result.
Now I will show you step by step how the breads shown in the video were made. I used the same recipe for each of them as in the description.

Ingredients:
20 g sourdough
40 g of water
60 g flour (30 g BL80 bread flour and 30 g pastry flour)
******************************
400 g BL55 wheat flour
100 g of pastry flour or BL80 bread flour
325 g of water
120 g sourdough (the composition above)
11 g of salt
Baking: 250 °C for 25 minutes, then 200 °C for 20-25 minutes
