The cutest Monster Labubu bread 🥰🤗😻
Bim’s Recipe:
500 g. Bread flour
150 g, warm milk
50 g. Butter
100 g. Active Starter
2 eggs
20 g. Sugar
10 g. Salt
Mixed starter with milk, sugar, eggs until it well combined. Add bread flour and knead the dough until everything is combined well, rest the dough for 30 minutes and add salt and butter, knead again for 10 minutes, rest the dough for fermentation about 3 hours. When it became double in size cover with plastic and cold retard.
separate the dough into 2 big balls 350 g. and 5 small balls 40 g. Each
Shaping
Shaping the head, shaping in round ball and one small piece shaping in strip and putting strip around the face. Another big ball cut in 3 pieces one is body and the other two is legs, then shaping arm and ear put together to make full body, I used my sourdough pasta to make teeth and nails, color with rice flour batter to make it white, for eys I used cocoa powder, for red cheeks I used food coloring mix with rice batter.
Rest the dough in the tray with baking sheet underneath it easy when baking to prevent the Labubu bread stick on the tray. When it became double in size then preheat oven at 190’ for 30 minutes.
