I use black salt. Black salt gives it an eggy taste. But I’m down for trying jalapeno salt in some of my dishes. Looks yummy.

Thank you for doing a sourdough course! I tried to create a starter last year and it was am eouc fail. I can bake yeast bread, and I enjoy thst, but I really want to learn how to maje ourdough bread. I'll definitely be purchasing your ckass, and I'm already excited for it!!
