People in tropical countries do not know how fortunate they are more than 70 years ago I was born in the Caribbean I am now living in England more than 60 years as a child in the West Indies we are poor and the only thing we could get to drink go outside each morning wash the soursop leaves and make our tea before going to school sometime we put milk in it sometime we don't soursop leaves are also good for the nerves.
I was diagnosed with low iron and leukemia. Immediately I stopped adding sugar, stopped using the microwave, stopped using milk and drank soursop tea daily. Every month for five months I had blood work, each time the results were different until I did a spinal biopsy. They did not find any evidence of leukemia and my iron was normal. Six months later the results are the same. The hematologist said my blood results are intriguing. To this day I never told them how I treated myself. I have since lifted my food restrictions but has reduced the microwave use. God is good.

I love sour sop tea it makes me feel so good as a diabetic I had a lot of tingling from nerves it stop after drinking sour sop tea it also cleared up my sinus trouble and gives me lots of energy. I gave it to my friend and now she is hardly taking any pain medication for her torn rotator cuff and bursitis. I also use it and other teas to make all my soups and stews my friends always tell me they feel good and energized after eating my food.

Hello everyone I am from Papua New Guinea. I had a lump of about 5cm remove from my left breast last November (2023) which tested positive for cancer. I went into Angau Memorial Hospital and was scheduled to start Chemotherapy on Friday, March 22 2024. But due to the side effects of chemotherapy I refused the treatment and started soursop tea. The second lump that grew in the same left breast is now reduced greatly and close to vanishing totally. Praise and thank our good Lord for natural medicinal plants that have NO side effects.

The person can only speak of what they know. They know about Jamaicans using it for a long time and not 99.99% of Caribbean people. How do you know for sure that almost all of the Caribbean uses it.
@Nisestory, My suggestion: You could plant a tree in a medium sized flowerpot, and have it outdoors in the summer, and take it indoors during the winter. If you've your own property, you could plant one in your backyard, and keep trimming the top as it's growing; it shall remained short, and the branches would spread out nicely instead of getting too tall.
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer but even prior to that I had difficulty urinating. I started to use soursop leaves and within one day symptoms were significantly reduced. It does not cure the problem so soursop has to be used on an ongoing basis as needed. Boil 20-30 leaves in about 2 litres of water. Cool, bottle and use as drinking water.Can be refrigerated.

Honestly all you said about soursop tea are true. It causes me like to vomit as in stomach reaction but it is helping me on Artrytis and joint pains,cheers.
If I knew of these leaves years back, I wouldn't have rushed to go do surgery on my breast for it to be deformed because of a lump I found growing in it in 2008. I am psychologically traumatized every day of my life for what the doctor's did to my breast.

I knew many people who drank Stinging Nettle for the same problem. I drink it about 3 nights a week only because I know it's has medicinal properties. I also drink Dandelion and Chinese Mushroom teas and lots more.

Yes I have used this kind of tea soursop for continuesly almost 6years and it has restored my good health still I get to drink it from time to time if I get good leaves
I also crack the seeds and crush them to make tea. I eat the skin of the soursop and as yogurt I mix soursop in cow's milk, sweeten with cane sugar and leave in the fridge for three to five days. I tried many fruits as I had stomach problems and this has been the best.
Very beneficial info. In our country you can see much of the tree. With the fruit I make a delious drink like ice creme or kind of yogurt or a refreshing drink during hot days.

This sounds amazing since I have most of the problems described in this post! My question is, will it work on the last stage of cancer? Bladder & bowel damage, chronic pain & degenerative disc, bone & muscle disease, both Osteoarthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis? Black seed oil and you need to fast also. When you fasting your body is repairing itself. Black seed oil, make sure u buy organic Ethiopian preffered. I hope you take this advice and it helps

Yes, I use soursop leaves….cannot say for certain if I’ve benefitted health wise but it certainly helps me to get a good night’s sleep. Im still monitoring the effects on the long term ill-health.

last year i was diagnosed with T cell lymphoma and given 50/50 chance even after treatment, the treatment was horrendous and i gave it up half way through, 3 sessions of chemo.....i came home and started eating cooked tomatoes, as well as eating a handful of bitter apricot kernals each night, i took tons of Vit D +C and tumeric and pepper, then i took 1g of fenbendazole each day for a week then had a break for a week (fenbendazole is found in dog worming tablets) yesterday they told me they cannot find any cancer cells. I came across this comment and saved it.
