There was a Kingdom of Sahrani in the older Arma Armed Assault. It was a British colony that went through significant political turmoil. Some of the buildings and textures may be resurrected or reconstructed from that. 0:39 Tienda is Spanish for store or market, 2:53 Cuerpo de Bomberos is indeed fire department...which would indicate it is set in central/south America, not Pakistan.
