I don't understand why people think a burnout will break a car beyond repair... First of all the car is standing still nothing else is moving except the wheels....second of all the car is not not hitting its Rev limiter it was revving at about 4,500 to 5000rpm, well within its safely limited because it can actually Rev up to 8000rpm but is automatically limited to 6,500rpm for safety... it's like Mountain bikes say Maximum weight allowed 120kg yet i have a body builder cousin who weighs 143kg and rides his mountain bike with his wife every weekend for the past 2 years and nothing has happened to his mountain bike.... all that is getting damaged here is the tyres and this person is obviously due for a tyre chance soon so thought why not burn the last bit of my tyres before they change them tomorrow... people who know nothing about cars will always have some shit to say about burnouts and breaking a car... Did you know that towing a heavy Caravan up hill puts more stress and damage to your car than a simple burnout??? Bet you didn't....it puts unnecessary stress on the clutch the gearbox the breaks and the engine. A burnout will do absolutely nothing to your car it will only hurt your tyres and that's it!!!!
@@Randyboobandy69 oh oh yea..but generally I honestly don't thing a burnout damages anything either than the tires UNLESS the tyres are supper grippy and sticky with can put damaging stress on other components....doing a burnout on a prepped track with sticky slick tyres will definitely break something unless you using a forged motor drag car
It's very doing a burnout on a front wheel drive car because you'll only press accelerator and pull up your handbrake. But this one sounds like he's pressing the brakes as well which can result to a lot of damage.
It’s a front wheel drive car, he only pulled up the handbrake and hit the accelerator. If he pressed the brakes it would have locked the front wheels which means it wasn’t going to do the burnout. I did this with my manual 7 gti clubsport.
Buying a second hand vw is like buying a car from scrap yard...gearbox damaged evry.. 10km overhtng...engine smokes before time..bearing knock..full Christmas 🎄lights on dashboard clusters...act
