Am Ghanian🇬🇭 based in South Africa, I running a small saloon and small shop( tuckshop) I can tell you my bro l own Toyota 4×4 single cab and bmw 5 series with the money from tuckshop and mini saloon, in South Africa money is flowing, the market is very good here. In other countries of Afrca you cannot buy a car by running a small business l can sit a whole day and make a small profit. In South Africa life is fast owning a small business you can end up owning cars and house, My Ethiopian brothers in South Africa can support this they are excelling by owning tuckshops, indeed South is a heaven .
I've been abroad many times - on my 3rd passport now. The best part of returning home is when getting the entry stamp in my passport and receiving a very warm "welcome home" from the immigration official. That feeling to be Proudly South African 🇿🇦 ❤

@@rbee2062if at all you knew how most of your Americans and Europeans have bought acres of lands and built their second homes in our upmarket surbubs of Capetown, Johannesburg Durban and other cities of country and it's clear they admire south Africa a lot and I've not even mentioned how they own resorts, lodges , golf course etc in our rural safaris
I stayed in Namibian as a South African for 2 years…..very important to me was respecting their ways and culture….. I was there to work and add value to the then upcoming workforce as a young engineer….Zambia is another country I cherish as a South African….Respect people’s homes

You know, we support foreign nationals all the time. Their hair salons, nail bars and even car mechanics. I don't have a problem with Nigerians or other foreign nationals. We would just like them to respect our country and follow the right process to acquire their documentation the right way.
Has anyone ever heard a South African asking any foreigner if they got a permit to stay here? Never. I think deep down we don't even care if they are legal or not as long as they don't commit crime we are fine. We've got a lot of our crime and corruption to deal with.
