Just discovered your channel today, when I get a chance I travel but I have to tell you everytime I land at OR I have the most amazing feeling, I can't explain it. I have been to the states and other parts of the world but PE takes my breath away even though am a Jozi boy. So when your first video I saw was in PE, I was like my man. You know as a South African who's lived abroad for the past 20yrs, with ocassional visits to my beautiful Country as often as I can/could, I actually feel like availing of the holiday packages that this couple have. Mainly for these two reasons: - Just so I can see my country through different eyes, through the eyes of a stranger - There's parts of my country that I'm ashamed to say I've never even been to, and seeing them for the first time on this channel makes me realise that I don't know my country as well as I should. ... and having being away for so long leaves me at a disadvantage. So I've decided 2021 I'm going to allow myself to be a guest in my own house and be pampered.

Hey, you were in my city, Port Elizabeth. Pity you missed some of beautiful corners. We are surrounded by about 6 jaw dropping beaches. Did i mention that everything is cheaper than most of our big cities? Be sure to check out Sunday's River, Addo and Jeffrey's Bay the next time you come around. And, I will be more than happy to take you to a special corner where you can have proper seafood, fresh from the sea!

Did you visit Maitlands beach? It has a huge mountain sized sand dune and golden sand. The Silver Mine Hike is beautiful, but better in a group. van Stadens Nature reserve is stunning and there is a beach area with a lagoon.

I've lived in PE my whole life but I haven't been to the beach in years 🤦🏽‍♀️and I literally live 10 mins away from Seaview. But I remember avoiding the beach during the festive season. People like going to the beach the day after Christmas. I'm not sure as to why is that so. I'm assuming it's because it's a public holiday 🤷🏾‍♀️. I like the extreme windy weather. I also like the fact we have four seasons in one day, it's hilarious 😂 because you just dont know what to wear

Is the border open? My first trip to Africa (Senegal) was planned for August but the border closed for a while due to COVID. I was able to get refunds.
