Ooh Dallas Judah,I got bad news for you.If you can check from the beginning of the video they're showing South of Johannesburg map and there's a place called Eikenhof.That place is more like your "farmland" which we call plots.However,there are Beckys and Karens who aren't keen with black people.Even when selling their plots,1st preference would be given caucasians and in the private schools they curb the numbers of blacks,mixed race and indians.

They still have a long way to go. South Africa is the only country that is part of the G-20. The only country that is part of Brics. When you go to Africa, find an affordable dwelling, start with a cheap airbnb, then quickly move to an affordable rental apartment, buy only essentials like mattress and beddings, few utensils, gas cooker, small fridge etc depending on your stay duration, start taking walks around and talking to locals, when you build rapport, start asking about buying a piece of land, price against location and convenience, ask about building a home casually and note down info you get from the locals, compare notes from everyone you talked to, get to know, a good taxi guide, learn where building materials are bought, visit the shops and findout how much different stuff costs, keep asking questions everywhere but in a smart curious way, let everyone think you’re just considering your options 😜, keep researching, know your surroundings, know the people, build relationships slowly, know who to trust, consider all options, some investors are out to get everything they can from you, don’t be in a hurry, keep researching and way your options
