South African Rusks 

Thanks for this excellent recipe. Used 60g less self raising flour and 1 and 1/2 cups wheat bran which weighed 60g so total 1kg flour. Added almonds, roasted hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and raisins. Family was so impressed, thank you ❤

Thanks for the recipe. All other recipes call for 3 cups sugar and a full cup of oil. So I like how this is more weight friendly.

Thank you for the video, if i can't find Bran Ritch flour, can just add some bran to regular flour ?
