We good law abiding American's walk through the TSA asked to empty our pockets, while carrying ours shoes and belt in hand and holding up our pants. And lets not get me going on what happens when you get flagged you get full body x-ray and groped. Even if you have done nothing. But sure let millions of people who are, who knows who into our country and then give them food and cash cards, healthcare, a phone, and in some cases a place to live and the money to pay the rent and a person paid by the government to help them fill out their paperwork to ensure that they receive every government assistance program available. And in my state it is granted for 7 years as a refugee seeking asylum. I don't even think it matters their income. Since I learned this (since I am a poor person that didn't use government assistance except insurance because of Obamacare.😒). I now also apply for additional assistance. I am a taxpayer and am not going without while I watch non-citizens get it for free. So anyways the point of telling you my dirty secret, I just have to say that for me to get help I have to jump so many hoops and provide so much personal information to strangers. It makes me uncomfortable with some of the information they need twice a year. And truthfully they do not need me to provide it since they can have all the information they need pulled on me without me handing it over. But they make me collect it and send it and then call me and verify all the information. If you forget something on the paperwork they will already know about it. Once I thought I closed a bank account and they made me provide proof I closed the account since their information shows it's still active.🤯 And it was active, they knew better than me about my own account. So yeah the whole open boarder crisis is really putting a strain on our tax payer dollars. Oh and since I wanted to apply for everything just see how hard it was since they have it free, I was eligible for EBT and insurance but nothing else. They were actually quite rude about the fact I had marked I wanted help with everything. And I will get my food cancelled every 6 months if I do not provide all my personal info again.

In CA a home invasion is dropped to a basic breaking and entering unless the victim is egregiously injured. The DA decides what is considered egregious on a case by case basis. However, if you defend yourself, your family, your home against someone (or multiple people) invading your home you are likely to be arrested, possibly prosecuted, almost definitely sued by the criminal or theur family for any injuries you inflicted on them while defending against their crimes. It's common in CA to see police and sheriffs on the news telling the public that if you're being robbed just give them what they want and hope they don't hurt you because even if they catch the criminal they are forced to release them sometimes within hours. I've even seen police on the hews saying don't drive your nice cars, wear nice clothes or jewelry because it makes you a target and they can't do anything about it thanks to the DA's.
