When the Supreme Court ruled that Kanu had to face trial. Which release is near. Kanu knows that the court can not release him. That was why he opted for dialogue.

Where did Buhari agree to realese Kanu? Buhari publicly stated that Kanu case is with court, NOT him, and the last Supreme Court judgment was Kanu has to face trial.
