Hey , can you suggest how many days would be enough to explore Goa for a family of three, including a young daughter? We want to relax and roam around without missing out on much. Let me know your thoughts. where to stay in goa north or south so that both can explore both without worried about checkin or out in hotels.
Hi thanks for the comment. Ideally if you want to do both north and south then you’ll need 7-8 days (3-4 days in each part) but many people just go to north or south for 4-5 days to see all of it. As for stays you can choose palolem in south Goa and Baga, Calangute for north Goa. It’s best in terms of connections.
It’s a good time mostly the rains will be gone and the crowd will be less so stay will be cheaper and you’ll get to enjoy Goa at your own pace. But if you want crowd then November onwards is a good time. Your wish.
Sir you can hire a car for the whole day with a driver and it will be a good option in that case. That’s the next best option. The bus service in Goa is very basic and most don’t go to the main spots in south Goa.
Can we just take a scotty on rent from madgaon railway station directly or is it necessary to take bus from madgaon railway station to pololem and then take scotty on rent in pololem?????? Pleaseee replyyy

Hi! So I’ve made an detailed vlog on my channel on how to reach north Goa in the cheapest way by bike taxi and south Goa by public bus and then rental bike. It should help you. There are no autos in Goa and share taxis are there but you’ll have to end up finding the people to share it with. There is also a special AC bus to the airport for ₹180 I think and it’s really good. It starts at Calangute
