South Indian breakfast is the breakfast of champions. It is light and nutritious for you. Idli, dosa, and uttapam all fall in the category of south Indian breakfast. Today we are going behind the scenes in an all veg Indian restaurant in North Tampa. We are going to see how they prepare the south Indian breakfast all the way to the table where we get to try this food and see if it's a hit or miss. Very nice way to present food. Refreshing attitude to highlight good things without unnecessarily harping on spices etc. There pronunciation and overall awareness also tells about their depth of info on India. Dosas look really great n crispy.

@@WheelOfThought yeah Kolkata's biriyani should be juicy not dry , much on an oily side , chicken+mutton should have the taste of all Masala n other ingredients while they also need to be juicy n soft & 1 big egg musttttt be der.... & most importantly THE POTATO.....that should be super soft n juicy....

You got to soak the idli in sambar with a spoon of ghee on the top. There is one more type of idli called ambassdor idli. Small idli will be floating inside a bowl of sambar and a spoon of ghee. Side dish will be raw onion, coriander, coconut /mint/ tomato chutney. Do not miss it !!

I ate here before it closed during the Covid issue. They are well missed I'd regularly dine in and order carryaway as well. It was in the live oak area they still have an amazing brunch cafe across the street a bit Ice spice
