Thanks Mega for your bisibele bath recipe; I made with cracked wheat( instead of rice) and carrots,green squash,cauliflower, brussel sprouts and peas. It was very tasty. Thanks again. My mom makes khus khus payasam and soaks small purees in it....so good.

superb cooking... you r really god gifted.. in our tamil weddings there is sambar, rice rasam, avial, plus a dry vegetable like cabbage or beans or mix of both.followed by a sweet dish which is payasam and curds. side dishes are papad fry(a must) pickles and curd raita...yummy

Very good menu. Cooked in an organised manner. Only suggestion is that rice and Dhall be cooked with 3 times water so that they are really soft
