#WavePark in South Korea has arguably the widest variety of quality waves of any surf pool in the world. To demonstrate this, we created videos of the full Wave Menu and included all the specifications, including wave quantity per hour, ride time, height and even energy consumption. This isn’t true at all. I’m here in Korea right now and the only waves available to the public are malibu 1 - malibu 4 and turns 1-2. There’s no beast mode, air waves, or real barrels at all. Not even the Waikiki wave is available. This whole thing is false advertisement. The Koreans are too afraid the public will get hurt, and if you want a private session with the best barreling waves/air waves it’s $3000 for two hours. Only then will you have the choice of any of the really good waves. Be honest with what you advertise because my experience was a bit disappointing. Especially for me flying from Hawaii, spending money expecting to get barreled like the guys in this video and got no more than just a shampoo head dip “barrel” on the “advanced” setting. Real surfers just save your money or book one session and you’ll see why.

Maybe in other locations not the Korea one they would allow full access to whatever wave u want to ride depending on your shown level of proficiency? Is it really 3000 usd? These wave pools are insanely cool so that sucks the one in Korea is cucked

Yes it’s really $3000 usd. With the $3000 usd price tag that will include your flight, hotel stay for 4 days, and 4 days of two separate one hour sessions each day of any wave setting you want. This includes beast mode, air waves, and their best turn waves. Again, unless you’re paying that $3000 price tag you are not going to be able to surf anything more than m1-m4 and t1&t2. And trust me, you’re not really getting barreled like they say you will on t1 and t2.
