South korea should win actually, since they have a better trained military and ricals to north korea's military. But anyway, there is a slim chance that North Korea would win
They won't just launch nukes directly, and still when North Korea launches a nuke, South Korea won't just surrender because North Korea is losing and they are winning so they can't just surrender directly.
