Thats cool. Ive always wanted an ARVN pack but they are way too expensive if you find one. This would be a great alternative. Im gonna have to try and find one of those.
We found it at a flea market here in Georgia. Can you tell us a little about it? Like Model or years it was in use? Was this a common rucksack for the ROK?
@@PaxtonCreekSupplyYeah! That twin-pocketed ALICE style rucksack is South Korean ALICE rucksack. The official name of that rucksack is ROK Army's "Jeontu Baenang(Combat Rucksack)" and that's really rare South Korean old-school gears. It's really rare!
@@PaxtonCreekSupplyAnd, that ROK rucksack has been serviced since 1980 to present. Now, ROK Army is using a copied ILBE style backpack. That ALICE style rucksack is an advanced version of ARVN which was used in South Korean army. That rucksack is still using in Reserve Force and rear army units of ROK Army. And, South Korean Police version is provides without Korean ALICE rucksack frame.
@@PaxtonCreekSupply ROK ALICE Combat rucksack's weight balance is very bad when it attatches on ROK Army's Surplus ALICE Frame. So, many soldiers of ROK Army are hate that backpack lol
