So far I have not read/heard what are they planning to do with the existing DXB facilities? Do you happen to have an idea? I am just curious to see whats their plans.. I hope they just don´t abandon it as it is indeed already massive..

Definitely there is Room for further Capital appreciation in the long run, Dubai Prices have a Long way to go , as they are still low then compared to other Global Cities like Dubai. Moreover South of Dubai is still way less Priced compared to the Central Dubai Area , so the price will grow here in the future, Slow and Steady
The Government of Dubai is looking on improving the air Quality of Dubai that is in their D40 Agenda, I agree it needs to be improved, specially in Summer
