Butters is my favourite south park character. He's had so many funny moments that have left me short of breath because I was laughing that hard. "Butters creamy goo" being the biggest laugh for me
I would have loved if they kept Pip alive so Butters could have possibly had 2 agents of Chaos. or just to see how their friendship would have evolved.
I always interpreted butters as a victim of early adolescent abuse. He had outbursts due to his pain but largely is a hopeful and optimistic individual through the pain.
Butters is my favorite for one reason: He is incredibly successful anytime he acts like an adult. Getting 401K's and affordable housing for his hookers? Full medical for his 100's of trolls to destroy Coon And Friends? 30 years in the future selling NFTs? Don't bet against Butters. And he has the highest kill count in South Park after taking down that cruise liner. That's 4-5 thousand lives on his innocent little soul.
TIMMMAAYYYYYE, ERGH, TIMMY, oh, sorry, but i guess you could look into what makes the wheel-chair bound dude who can only say his name, young Master TIIMMMMYYYYY Burch tick, if you haven't already, but if you have i would certainly look it out and enjoy his antics, and i'll be pleased completely.
Who's the boy that can laugh at a storm cloud? Turn a frown into a smile for free? Who's the kid with a heart full of magic? Everyone knows it's Butters That’s me
I loved when Butters became one of the vampire kids, he took it so seriously until he realized how silly it was and tried to undo what was happening by working with the goths
I was surprised when Tweak ended up becoming the fourth friend instead of Butters. I'm glad he went to develop a new dynamic with Craig. Maybe a 2 for one video covering both of their separate journeys until they become intertwined.
Butters always had my support. Kid still has his innocent nature despite all the terrible things that happen to him. And he got to party with biggie smalls after he got him to the party. Great video as always Lydia. Can you do chef next?
That episode where his parents think he died and got brought back by his dad burying the fake butters in a haunted graveyard gets me every time 😂 then trying to feed him a person in the basement
My favourite butters line that always makes me laugh is when "Mrs Garrison" turns lesbian. He tells the class how he met a woman and they scissored all night long and butters with his naive and innocent manner just blurts out "You have to be careful with scissors" 😂😂😂😂😂 Or the scene where butters starts going into detail about wanting to grow up to be a harley biker and talking about how cool and tough he would finally be ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0ITouEalfK0.html
Hi Shinku, thank so much for the $5 donation. That is very kind of you! I really appreciate you supporting the channel, and thank you for the lovely words!
Butters behavior makes perfect sense to me given his upbringing, he is a chronic people pleaser, and always seeking the validation and approval of others due to lacking it at home.
Great video on BUTTERS, Lydia!❤ I'm glad he's been winning in the newer seasons and thank you for putting Kitty Monk & other SP RU-vidrs on the video! 🎉 Always great to see Collabs!🎉
Butters has to be one of the most unluckiest kids in south park, Like being abused by his parents, treated as a social outcast, and being one of the few people for cartman to manipulate, even as an adult in the post covid he still couldn't catch a break when he descended from kenny's right hand man to vic chaos in beast mode taking his revenge on the world that wrong him, i am surprised he didn't went after his parents to get revenge. But at least he gets an happy ending in the second timeline of the post covid.
My favorite butters moment is definitely AWESOM-O! I love that episode as a whole and my robot friend is one of my favorite songs in the whole series! Butters getting back at cartman in the dvd was also extremely satisfying! Lol also butters bottom bitch because butters being a pimp was just the funniest thing ever!
I'm so glad you included kittymonk! I adore her videos and she deserves more recognition for her work especially in the Southpark community. I love creators supporting other creators! ❤
I can’t say when I noticed butter’s Development. I mean back in 1997 I wasn’t allowed to watch South Park (and a good reason my mom had ) But around the age 16 my mom started to not care and I was able to catch up on the episodes and I can say butters is a fun character in the video games stick of truth and fractured butt whole.
I found Blooms and Jonny2Cellos when the new season of South Park started and enjoyed binging their videos. Nice to see these creators getting together to talk about something we all love.
Butters pretty much wins over everyone's hearts with his optimistic and childlike nature, and it's great to see no matter what he faces, he still comes out innocent and caring for those close to him and craving the simple things he enjoys. However it's always satisfying to see him stand up for himself and use the experience he's gained to pursue new opportunities or not fall for the same tricks that are used on him every time. It's also super satisfying to see Lydia creating another fantastic video and especially on South Park which is one of my all time favourite shows! Plus I love seeing you invite other willing RU-vidrs onto your channel to collab in your videos; really shows you care about uniting the fan communities together and makes me excited for your videos even more. For the next SP timeline you should do Stan or Kyle!
I can't believe ya'll jumped over Cartman and Butters best episode together, Last of the Meheecans. I almost DIED laughing when they started calling him Mantequilla 😂😂😂
Wow , a video of my favorite show with all my favorite RU-vidrs. Great video, Lydia. Those three couldn't make it to LS Marks Every South Park episode video but I'm glad they could make it to your video
Leopold Butters Stotch: Early Life: Butters was born on September 11th in Kauai Hawaii as an only child of Linda and Stephen Stotch. Both these parents were loving and caring during Butters’ early childhood. Like always, he is a playful character and never threw a tantrum in his life. The chief saw Butters, he was the size of a coconut. In August, the family moved to South Park, Colorado just before Butters was 4 years old and started preschool because Stephen applied for an office job, but as soon as they all moved, these parents started to become strict and somewhat have bipolar disorder. In preschool, Butters befriended Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Kenny and Wendy as his first known friends. During the time he was in preschool, he warned the four boys to be careful about setting a real fire inside to get a preschool bully Trent Boyett into lots of trouble and got arrested into Juvenile Hall. Butters doesn’t want to get involved about this incident or else his parents would ground him for the first time. His first time he’s grounded was in Kindergarten when the boys send him into a fight with another bully by throwing toys. The family found a caramel colored cat who was stray and kept the cat as a pet. During the series: He was first seen in 3rd grade. His nicknames were “Puff Puff” and “Swanson” He is currently in 4th grade. There are incidents of his parents grounding and abusing Butters for Stupidest reasons. Butters being fed up with his friends getting him into trouble by becoming a harmless supervillain known as “Professor Chaos” He is one of the Crimson Dawn members in Stan’s band During New Years 2020, the family visited the cousins in Florida before the pandemic. Butters works in an ice cream store selling ice cream. Future life: Butters changed his full name to Victor “Vic” Chaos He was isolated in his room from ages 34-50 for 16 years during a future virus. He works at Applebee’s as a waiter.
28:04 I can not believe how many people don't understand this. Butters didn't fall for NFTs, he became the sociopath scammer that actually profited off of them. He literally explains how a pyramid scheme works and that only the people at the top of that pyramid matter. How can people e so daft to the point of insisting Butters "fell for NFTs because he's gullible"? No, because he was gullible he learned exactly how to manipulate and bend people around him. The funny part about him being locked in an asylum is that he actually belonged there, and the fact that wherever he went he destroyed lives and Stan and Kyle had to use two Alexas because they couldn't risk being duped by Butters' sociopathy served to insist on the point that Butters was a threat that only other people with experience in manipulating people (aka, Cartman) could resist Butters' manipulation. It's not rocket science, this stuff... Also, my favorite Butters moment is, by a country mile, every moment that Vic Chaos is on screen. Butters was just a twerpy little loser kid who's parents didn't love him.
Lydia I’d love to see a To(l)ken Timeline, especially after his resurgence in the show. Absolutely love South Park, definitely my favourite of the adult comedies
I started rewatching the old episodes and I realized Butters honed his salesmen skills distributing aborted fetuses/murdered babies to various research instutitions on behest of Cartman. Cartman created future Butters.
I doubt Matt and Trey will read this, but in future episodes, I want Butter's parents to call him by his full name and maybe even tell him "This is the last straw!" And maybe even add Butters calling them idiots.
Butters is not just the best character on South Park, but one of the best fictional characters in general. The show itself is hit or miss for me quite often but Butters was my very first comfort character and he'll always have a place in my heart. Also, I want to toss his parents into a cage full of rabid mongooses and adopt him as my own son.
I been pimping well I been thinking about it since I was in high school and I just thought about hiring my best friend to help with my pimping business I can charge dudes $200 to sleep with a girl and split the money 50\50
Alright, you got Johnny, Kitty & Blooms? And you're talking about SP? I'm way in, and only slightly disappointed it took this long for the algorithm to recommend your channel.
I always felt like it says something that Cartman only becomes a good person when he stops being friends with Stan and Kyle. Also more to the point of the video if anything Butters as an adult confirms one thing the show constantly points out: Butters has a gift for business.
Welcome I hate when people who put a lot of time into making content get ripped off by other people it’s like the family guy scams but worst Because fox is a big company
For real though, because of Hollyweirds Hollyweirding, folks get and keep the wrong idea about how pimps act/dress/etc, guess what kind of influence it had👀. Pimps aren't abusers, quite the opposite, some are even quite ... 'Buttery'🤭😊
I like how Butters and his family (mostly in butters very own episode) is similar to Orel Puppington and his family (not related but I love Marjorine so much ^_^)
I love Butters so much. I always felt he encompasses everyone’s inner child. The Butters theme song from his very own episode supports that notion too. “If you look inside yourself you might be surprised when you find a little boy named Butters!” The real world is dark and chaotic and South Park definitely mirrors that darkness and chaos in its parody, but regardless of how out of control the world and people in it get, Butters is to his core just unwaveringly a kind hearted, caring, excitable, friendly, and innocent 9 year old little boy with a firm sense of morality. A sweet good natured kid who never lost his sense of wonder, or his warm and gentle demeanor. Butters just tries his best to be the best him that he can, and to help out anyone else he can along the way.
To be honest, Cartman was my original favorite character. After learning about his selfish demeanor, I eventually switched to Butters & never looked back!
man, "butters' very own episode" was still pretty fresh when i was really getting into the series... it may be my earliest memory of the series watching as a fan and that pond scene definitely stuck with me, especially considering i was 10 years old watching this "crudely animated" cartoon... shit was indeed dark 😂
I thought the first time we see professor chaos is in the episode where the boys buy weapons at the fair and become ninjas, sorry if this gets mentioned later in the video I’m commenting at 9:21
