Interesting, did not know that. I guess they hadn´t adopted their stressful "6 days til air" philosophy yet concidering the 5 eps preceeding it. Was there a huge break between episodes 5 and 6 or had they been doing both movie and show for a good while and had some episodes saved up or...? I guess I´ll look into it.
8:58 is the reason why they chose a panda to be the sexual harassmant mascot is because he is black and white, meaning there is no middle ground when it comes to sexual harassment?
I don't think so. My guess would be that they chose a panda because of the fact that pandas show very little interest in sex/procreation, which I believe is one of the reasons why their species is endangered.
RU-vid still sucks if you cant handle adult words you shouldn't be watching south park out of all shows😂😂😂 so they shouldn't be making RU-vidrs have to censor "sexual harassment"
Favorite recurring gag in this episode when Skeeter calls out something he sees. Skeeter:Hey Panda Bear/Eight Year Old/Beautiful Woman! We Don’t take kindly your type(s) in here! Bartender: Now settle down Skeeter, He/They/She ain’t hurting anybody. Up until Skeeter tells the Judge they don’t take kindly to cases being dismissed where the Bartender had enough with “Goddammit Skeeter, Shut The Hell Up!”
Pretty ridiculous that you can say ass, but SH is censored to hell. Trying to censor reality doesn’t make it go away… FYI: Incinerate means to burn something to the point it would no longer be recognizable as what it was. Basically, turning something into ashes.
@@DisfunktionalTV my cousin loves that term, but it’s a total cop out. Things ‘are what they are’ when the people in power get what they want. Not so long ago Slavery, “was what is was”. That sure didn’t make it okay then.
NO WAYYY. I just finished watching this like 10 minutes ago 🤣 because it has so many of my favorite quotes. “Incinerate me.” The worm. The falcon and badger always leave me crying from laughter
Right? Baffles the hell outta me. You can also find videos on here of females giving Brazilian waxing instructions...nude, no less. But RU-vid censors words? 😂
12:49 windows are expensive man. like 300-600 bucks for a standard run of the mill window. Plus the framing is more labor intensive and the structural supports would probably have to be timbers not sticks... Just better hope that is facing south or all the light will be wasted!
From Wikipedia "This episode satirizes the widely publicized lawsuits over sexual harassment in schools that occurred in the late 1990s, as well as ambulance-chasing lawyers."
yeah I was too young to understand at the time but I remember there being a LOT of talk about "frivolous" lawsuits but also a LOT of talk about people wanting to like stash floor wet signs so they could have/fake an injury and sue. The case I remember the most was the Woman who sued McDonalds for hot coffee BUT turns out it really was just this lil old lady who suffered GRAPHIC burns, had to go to ER and everything. She asked them personally to try and help with the hospital costs and they basically laughed her out, supposedly sent her $2 for the spilt coffee, so her son had to hire a lawyer and THEN to add literal insult to injury McDonald's 3rd party hired a bunch of press and fake protesters to go after her and paint her as a Gold digger out to ruin things for "everyone" with a "frivolous" lawsuit. GIANT ceo creeps!
If a guy in a workplace says to a female co-worker "you look nice" that can also be grounds for an S.H. lawsuit. So yes, something so innocent as a compliment can get you into trouble, even a simple insult can get you into hot water as we see in this episode.
0:41 nah Cartman’s foul for that. This is the same kid who S.A’d Butters on at least 2 occasions, that wound up sending him to a Conversion Camp. I know that Cartman’s isn’t above any atrocity if he gets something out of it, and that those events happened a few seasons later, but man, hypocritical is being polite.
14:49 You're not kidding! It's just the other day I heard someone at a school got in trouble for asking a trans volleyball player "Are you a man?" .. I miss the days when it usually didn't hurt to ask a question.
The episode is taking a piss on Davis v. Monroe lawsuit in which 5th grader supposedly sexually harassed another 5th grader and ofcourse the school had to pay
