I mean we already had Kenny as a twist villain in the Stick of Truth, and Cartman and (Sorta?) Kyle in Fracture but whole. So its no surprise its Stan turn.
Fighting Stan in a significant role makes sense. In the last few games we've had major fights with Kyle, Cartman and even Kenny being the surprise final boss of Stick of Truth. But Stan was always between middle ground and ally with The New Kid.
I hope that stan can have the spotlight he deserves in games. I hope that the villain stan plot is not just a tutorial level like in phone destroyer. Stan was almost never on cartman's side in the games, so we couldnt play with him in the very first levels.
I'm suspecting there might be a surprise villain who's trying to use Stan. And next thing you know, sooner or later, the surprise villain ends up betraying the character they controlled.

South Park studios uploading today is truly a Christmas treat.
That last part with Cartman had me laughing which hurt cause am sick 😭 after I’m better I’m definitely going to watch that new special/episode they dropped on paramount yesterday
Not sure what to think of this. If implementation of 3d will be good or bad. The last 2 games were great cos they felt like you were interacting with the TV show. But I am gonna keep my mind open and definitely grab a copy on release 😁
Its bruteforcing a new age of 3d south park games. Just one of those things where it doesnt look good at first, but it needs to be done. Evolutions sake, you understand
@@user-TheTrueGibly Yh I get why they are doing it. I just think that part of the South park games identity has been 2d. Allot of TV shows lost their identity when transitioning to 3d. Personally I think the best way to go would be to do both. Make 3d and 2d games.

This is not the same game Stick of Truth and Fractured but Whole very much differed Hell even if I am one to not touch phone games, I will give Phone Destroyer the same credit
@@kyonbrace5487SoT and FbW are two very different games as well. Even though they were both technically RPGs they used very different systems. My point is both of those worked well so maybe it wouldn't be the worst idea to see where they're going.
Or they could've made a different type of game with the same graphics as before. The 3d looks awful, doesn't mean the game will suck, but I don't need to play it to see that I hate these graphics, they look like that older South Park game that totally bombed. But tbh, I am happy they're going in a different direction. Honestly didn't like FbW, because it got stale quickly, jokes weren't as good as SoT. This game hopefully has good writers working on it, because the comedy is the main reason I liked the first SoT, wouldn't have played it otherwise.

I’m pretty excited about this I even pre ordered which I never really do for games but seeing how it wasn’t a full priced title I’m skeptical but hopefully there’s enough content to keep me happ I always thought South Park taking a crack at making another game 3d game would be interesting and I’m glad it’s continuing the new kids story.
i hope that you can walk around the map and do quests, like in SoT, but there would be a barrier saying "Singleplayer or multiplayer?". honestly i dont know how will they pull the map off

This game has to do with snow and ice. Not wearing clothes, in such cold temperatures, would result in death by hypothermia. So nudity would be pointless here.
@@ThrwG49Houses still exist, nudity in the first game included you being shrunk down to gnome size and walking in on your parents fucking. Just because it’s snow day doesn’t mean they won’t go in houses 😂
i love how they went with their original 3d look and gave them a new design from their first game on the Nintendo 64. this game looks like so much fun!
Kinda sucks they absolutely nailed the visual presentation in the first two games by literally having it be a playable version of the cartoon, but they've gone for these goofy 3D models here.

I am much more into this game now versus after the first trailer. The first trailer didn't do much to impress me, but this one has me hyped. Balder's Gate 3 in South Park? Yes please
I'm afraid the transition to 3D would be... coldly received. Lame puns aside, I feel like the revive thing would be the actual game over mechanic which feels... not great. I want the "You're DEAD" back.
Makes sense, we can't play as any of the main cast because it will limit how us, the player can play and limits the story team on what they can do if we do play as one of the main cast But if we play as The New Kid, it doesn't limit the writers and the players which I Prefer Also cuz of how mysterious The New Kid is, he/she/they can basically have an unlimited amount of stories
I said it once and I'll say it again 3D is a mistake for this game the originals style worked because it felt like you were playing an episode but it fell into the trap that all games fall into with 3D it didn't need it and noone asked for it I'm passing on this on
the one thing i dont get is why the 3d switch. I feel like the 2d Artystyle of the stick of truth and The Fractured But Whole were amazing ways to put the Town into an open world. Well not too quick to judge maybe it will be great
its like the old game and the new game put together.. pretty cool.. even tho the old game was hard and turkey sounds scare me to this day.. that game still has a special place in my heart..
