So beautiful. So raw. So close to the bone. It takes insight to recognise genius. Then it takes talent to perform it without it being dry karaoke crap. And it takes guts and personality to do it. And then you get this. Wow. Wow..
So good. So bloody good. You made it your own. I had a big grin on my face right after the opening line. Great choice off a superb and deeply personal album. Bravo!
I don’t get tired of this I’m trying to play it on the guitar just like you, I listen to this way too much, love it and thank you for such a great version of this. I just finished working on it in my garage, and I had to listen to it again and comment.:)
Bravo! I really liked your rendition of the Final Cut. It's my favorite Pink Floyd song, so much emotion and pain turned into such a touching and beautiful song.
I am so glad you paired these two songs together. They are totally meant to be played together. The part in the final cut especially resonates if you've survived trauma and the fears that stem from that. Nicely done. I'm glad other people love these songs too.
@noelle a, Dear... your Southampton Dock Was just amazing and I might have watched it like Ten Times by now. Thank you so very much for all your posts, Keep up the fantastic work that your doing. Hugs to you.
Excellent work. listened to this album flat out when I was little. I assumed it was a soundtrack to a musical or something. I Had no idea who Pink Floyd was. Watching this now is flooding my brain with memories. Although now I realize what Two Suns is about 😧
Lots of Love!!!!! If you have covered "The Gunner's Dream" from the same awesome. In the same genre, I'd love to hear you cover "The Pouges" cover of "Waltzing Matilda". It's based on a WW1 battle in Turkey fought by Australian troops. But it so fits into this song.
Great versions! I've listened to a lot of covers of this song and yours is the only one that really moved me. You repsect the original plus add your style.
Hello! This is really late but i would love to get the chords to your ver of The Final Cut! My father passed away in the Falklands / Malvinas war and this song is really close to my mom. I would love to play it the same way you do

I had sent you at least 3 or 4 comments, and POOF! They are all gone whatever. Whatever. Take care of yourself. YOU ROCK! Go get everything that life can offer you! That's all.
Very well done. These songs don't get enough credit up against the Floyd's other songs, but you show how could they are, i like your voice, just the fragility the songs need.
You are beautiful, you play great and you sing beautifully ... I love Floyds, Roger, the album "The Final Cut" and these songs ... And now I am in love with you :)
