On April 13th 2024 the top boxers from South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee once again meet in The Tournament of Champions to see who advances to The National Golden Gloves. Each of these competing boxer's are the best in their state. This is the most prestigious tournament an amateur boxer in the south can compete in.
Golden Gloves is the only true boxing national championship where a clear pathway from state to region to national level is laid out for boxer's to compete in.
To be a Golden Gloves champion at any level; state, regional, or nationally is one of the highest honors an American amateur boxer can achieve.
