Southern Belle towline glider catches it's first thermal! 

The original Southern Belle was a 51" free flight towline glider from 1944. I built this glider with a micro receiver installed as a test plane for a much bigger version. I am actually having a lot of fun flying this smaller version. Here it is on it's first thermal flight.
