Iota Mu Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at Northwestern State University of Louisiana never disappoint either!!!

I love the boldness of DST. A lot of people call them "ghetto" and "masculine" which is sad because those words are used against black women as a whole everyday. However these ladies revel in femininity and boldness. Like a black woman should. My hats off to them.

@@renaissancewoman100 I certainly understand & agree. I remember many years ago the Deltas would out klass the AKA'S in stepping. They stepped in heels (not boots) and not an emphasis on stepping like the Omegas. From my observation I think it is the hip hop influence in our kulture. Everybody's mean mugging in the face. Ladies used to not do that. However, I always felt from an undergraduate profile the chapters that seem to be the epitome of the sorority are Howard (Alpha), FAMU (Beta Alpha), and Southern (Alpha Tau). These ladies seem to set standards. There are a lot of pretty Deltas. I love all the sororities. But just because a 👩 apply makeup on her face doesn't means she's pretty. Every AKA isn't pretty. No hate.

My daughter went To Southern . I think I miss it more than she does . She got used to random things happening . Come out of class and there’s a celebrity walking around taking pics . @@honeydip6355 Exactly! I went to Alabama State and man it was so hard not to just chill on the yard instead of going to class because there was always something happening. Random car show parades, events like this video, just whatever. So much fun and I recommend HBCUs to all of us. But you definitely have to be focused.
