The Dancing Dolls, simply AMAZING! Southern not known for having the #1 HBCU marching band for nothing! The Jaguar Rock, The Plume Head Throws, The Raising Of The Instrument Every Accent 8 etc, ALL invented by Dr. Isaac Greggs(RIP), for his beloved, "Human JukeBox" marching band! Even the bands aka, "Human JukeBox", the baddest aka among ALL HBCU marching bands. Southern a Trendsetting band, you Better Believe It! They always have great song selections and arrangements. The concert selection was well balanced with beautiful dynamics. I love how each section is able to hold down there part.

Southern University band is my favorite.

I know ppl have their own opinion, and I know I can't do a thing about it, but I DON"T understand how there are any unlikes/thumbs down when this band performs and when these girls dance and when this drum major and band director conducts and when Human Jukebox Media records!!!! This is phenomenal talent. You guys are so good, it doesnt even look as if youre cold, but I know that you are. Something to be very proud of. Great job guys!!!

They represented the HBCU band experience well. Coming from a Marching Storm fan I gotta give props where they are due The Jukebox did the damn thang!

OMG!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BAND LIKE THIS ONE!!!! I'M WITH PATRIOT2225, "NO OTHER BAND CAN TOUCH THESE DUDES!!!"

Man, everything about this performance was top notch. Great drill execution, the band sounds great.. folks sound like they really have the music down now.. very well rehearsed. But lets talk about that Conga arrangement. Straight heat! I'm not sure who wrote that, but they did a great job with it! Everything about this performance is what makes the Jukebox stand tall above the rest. Sometimes it feels like that gets left behind a little bit, especially the effort put forth in the drilling the band does these days. I love that they put their best foot forward while out of California.. but I hope that same energy continues next Fall. 10/10 performance here though to close out the year.

I appreciate Southern representing so many facets of band in this venue and in Los Angeles period...even at the Lakers game. They repped HBCU bands, HBCU music, Louisiana culture, HBCU dance, etc...Bands like Grambling and Southern have been doing this for many years whether it's been in Japan or at the Superbowl...great recruiting tool as well...on a side note, anyone know what the drum roll was for when the director was walking up his ladder?...space filler? Anyway, cool video. carry on...

Great show SU but will someone please let me know why such a great band has such a terrible announcer? He's always out of sync with the band. In this show, he pronounced the classic song 'Conga' as 'Congo'. I mean damn, I know y'all might live the brother but damn, he's not helping. Anyway, just one person's opinion. Keep it pushin' SU.

I wish they just stop this routine because nobody can actually see the formation unless you're super high up but good job & i wish that they let all the girls perform just for this special occasion
