I'm a Southern Miss fan and was at this game. Southern Miss' band, the Pride of Mississippi, is considered to be one of the better marching bands out there, but I'm here to tell you because I was there- the Human Jukebox absolutely blew the Pride out of the stadium and down Hwy 49 with that performance. It sounded good, it was loud, and the precision marching was simply mind-blowing. I've seen JSU (Sonic Boom), Alcorn State (forget their name), and now the Human Jukebox on display here- they're the best from what I've seen of HBC marching bands- totally bad-ass.

There will never be another Haymer. The man loved band and it shows. the show was just classy and straight to the point. Oh how I miss Haymer.

We laughed at any band that even thought of coming up against us to ass better bring it because we bought blood sweat and tears every time we hit the field
