All the bedroom bed are north facing which is a draw back facing and sleeping on the north side is not recommended hence the placing of bed is a disadvantage
It could be for fine if the word "Come in" "Come in" Would be replaced by "Let's go Or let's move". Please mention the size of rooms sq feet like that. R rooms are not huge as it described Or shown.
The way he started by saying 5 star property and huge rooms... on a serious note anybody would have said "Man you need to get out of Kolkata, and see properties else where in India. This wont even qualify as a 2 star property", but yes on the other hand owning a bungalow/duplex in Kolkata is a matter of privilege as they are too expensive and very few are there, so the video somehow justifies his explanation.
This isn't even in proper Kolkata. Bungalow I can understand, but there's no shortage of multi storey independent houses in Kolkata. And they aren't as expensive as other Indian cities either.
Nice Presentation. But I hope the cost is unfurnished. Also, to reach to Howrah,Sealdah or Airport pls mention the time with Traffic and Nearby hospitals available
