Good questions. I checked some website and it says that the typical takeoff and climb angle for Boeing airplane ranges from 7 to 10 degrees. I don't remember exactly how long it took for an airplane to reach the clouds. My guess is, it is about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the weather condition. No, you won't feel any difference breathing when the airplane climbs up as it is pressurized to 650 mmHg in the sky. Happy flying!
The view at around 4:40 is amazing, I have flown around 11 times to france and im 11 funny but I love landing even though it's the most dangerous part, I hate taking off because the plane goes extremely fast
I've flown a total of 8 times (I'm 17) and I absolutely HATE take off. I've flown in relatively small planes, the biggest being a Boeing (not sure the number, to and from Orlando) and I even freak out in that. Any suggestions of keeping calm during take off? I don't plan on flying for a long time, but even watching this video makes me nervous. I love landing!
I'm exactly the same as you. Except I'm 13 and I fly everyone year atleast once. I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I'm nervous too. But during take off, you just close you eyes for 10 seconds and then you're in the air!
At what angle is the plane usually at and how long does it usually take to reach the clouds and is it different breathing at the different altitude since the air is thinner
I had similar ear discomfort problem during my first few flying too, but I found the problem gradually went away after I was more used to flying or when I am getting older. I tried using headphones, chewing something, yawning, etc. They all helped somehow. Basically, the pains come from the pressure change. So you want to make your ears in a position that can handle the pressure better. Keeping your mouse open is the key, at least for me. Here is an article that explains things very well. www.askdoctork.com/how-can-i-prevent-ear-pain-on-an-airplane-201301244187 Hope you can find a solution soon!
