Haitians are celebrating Vodoun rites inherited from their ancestors in Dahomey, or Benin of today. Here, they are marching toward the Mapou tree or Mama Africa as it is symbolized at Souvenance, Haiti.

And if they are one tribe of the ancient Hebrews how then do they become a totally different tribe via the Dominicans if they are the Dominicans ancestors? For example how the heck can a so called Levite be right next door to a Benjamite but they don't share identity?>? pure tom foolery for those of you that utter this nonsense.

Haitian people are from Benin and Dahomey /Abomey predominantly...So where are they indigenous to the Caribbean? How are they Arawaks, Levites, when clearly Benin/Ben-oni is West African and still exist. They are Hebrew descendants still in Benin.

Haiti Voodoo does have a bunch of Arawak dieties in it. I personly think the haitians are also taino Arawak by blood as well as African.
