Nothing sends me leaping up out of my desk chair, clapping my Dorito stained forearms together faster than seeing a court video with the defendant wearing a red fez! Hilarity is about to ensue!
2 years is the minimum. If he keeps up with his stupidity, he could be looking at 7 if the other 2 are done concurrently, or 11 if they're done consecutively.
Ken Clausen was really enjoying the legal ramblings of the Moor! The smile was big and wide for the whole reading. A reprieve in his otherwise boring day, I guess.
"I'm appealing this verdict." "This case hasn't even been TRIED yet." "I know, but I'm appealing the case EARLY, so that when I AM found guilty, I can hopefully stay my sentence."
The other defendants waiting their turn in court are like, "this is the stupidest thing I have ever seen! Can I plead guilty now so I don't have to sit and listen to this?!?!?"
It's one thing to do this nonsense when you're facing a traffic ticket. It's a whole other level of insanity to do this while you're LITERALLY FACING YEARS IN PRISON!!
You get one chance to decide whether you want a real human, who understands your predicament and the law, to defend you. Or : Plan B, you choose an uneducated idiot ( yourself) to make a mockery of the law & the court, resulting in an indeterminate stay at the Bricks & Bars Hilton. Brainwashed morons always pick "B".
Sometimes, I think this whole thing started with two drunk guys sitting there saying: "Hey, I have a great idea. Let's make up a story that will convince grown men to wear an upturned bucket on their heads! It'll be hilarious!"
Your Honor, I would like to volunteer my services as an English-BS interpreter. My qualifications are, that I am fluent in BS, and I submit my affidavit of truth, that I will faithfully interpret the defendant’s BS into English and vice versa, so that the defendant and court may communicate with one another, in a fair and impartial manner. Failure to accept my affidavit of truth, is capital felony treason.
Mr Bey certainly looks a little disheartened after hearing his motion for stay was denied - maybe it's beginning to sink in that he isn't going to win this one!
If one cannot pronounce the words one is saying perhaps one is completely out of one’s league. Mike, do these people actually believe there nonsense will work?
I went to Morocco back in 2004 I never saw one person wearing one of those hats. I was well disappointed! I'd also be willing to bet that theres no one there with the surname 'Bey'.
To be fair a Fez is a Turkish (or more specifically Ottoman) type of hat, rather than Moroccan. And ”Bey” isn’t a surname, it’s a honorific like ”Sir”.
What is he thinking? This guy can not follow simple grade school instructions and feels confident in defending himself. The Dunning Kruger is strong in this one padawan! 😂😅
Judge - What would you like to say in support of your motion, sir? The Fez - [proceeds to read the motion verbatim] Judge - [Internally] Dear God, no! I should have been more specific!
I imagine the judge is in his own head like "This is the song that never ends. It goes on and on my friends. Some people, started singing it not knowing what it was, and they'll continue singing it forever just because, this is the song that never ends."
My country 'tis of Fez, Sweet Fez of liberty, Of Fez I sing: Fez where my Fezzy Fezzed, Fez of the Pilgrim's Fez, From every mountain Fez, Let Fezdom ring!
@@EbonMaster No, as in Latin _re_ or _rem_ or _res_ meaning "thing," as in you are a thing not because the [judge] contracts with you while you're there but because you are converted into a thing once you fail to respond to the letter of demand demanding you show up at such-and-such a _date_ - also from Latin _datum_ meaning a "ceding of right to another" - for such-and-such a subject "or else." That naked threat is also called the "summons." Neat, eh?
this whole goofy thing about comprehend when they can't say understand because they don't stand under anybody. I guess they also didn't learn that the same syllable can have different meanings in different contexts, as the 'under' in 'understand' doesn't mean ANYTHING about 'beneath' and the refusal to say it is just childish. He probably won't SUBMIT to anyone, either, so what would he call it if he rode in a boat that goes underwater?
What’s funny is these folks who claim to not be citizen but want their constitutional rights preserved..has he really abandoned the script?? That’s his way of having a reason he is losing in court ?? He committed a crime that has a victim… so many questions
No, he bieleves he has all the same rights as everyone else under the constitution however he has the right to break the law and the courts or anyone else can hold him accountable for the crimes he commits. He feels he doesn't have to follow the laws in the United states.
@@MidgetPunter even though he feels he has the right to break the law, that doesn't play into the fact that he's still protected by the constitution like anyone else
First, Bless you Mike for your sneeze at the beginning! Now for this guy! I couldn't believe he actually read that ver batom! He even read the dots! He sure was in a panic trying to look things up to read!!! LMFAO 😂🤣 Man, I can't wait to watch the final episode of this guys show! Thanks for sharing! Hope you're having a great day! ❤️🤗
He looks like the mooron that Truth Science has been covering lately. I call him Sultan Self Entitled el bey because he was in an Indian owned business on a reservation trying to tell the owner that he was entitled to make purchases with paying sales tax, then at a homeless shelter arging that he was entitled to their service without having to follow their procedures and rules for the intake process.
That homeless shelter video is a classic. His family, including small children, awaited comfortable beds and hot food while he argued with the staff. He was unwilling to sacrifice his pride, even temporarily, for the sake of his family's basic needs.
Sov cit's speech is reminiscent of Damon Wayans' character "Oswald Bates" on his show "In Living Color", right down to the colorful hat he wears with his prison blues.
Like that judge! I just saw him in DWI case with an entitled defendant. She thought her “disabilities” and poor physical condition entitled her to no jail time- Nope! This judge just calmly explained why she was going to jail… He’s pragmatic and very competent.
I can't believe the judge did not remove the word "intelligently" from the list of adjectives he used when explaining this man's right to represent himself. It seems to me alot of judges say they won't give these sovereign citizens any special consideration. But they do anyway.
"Defendant wasn't allowed to make up lies in order to 'defend' himself. Therefore, the court wasn't being fair to Defendant's desire to get away with his crimes." Fixed your verbiage for you, Mr. Sov Citiot.
Mike, To get your black Fez to stay on just sit on a chair then hold the Fez into position then get Deborah Davis to bash it on using a very thick and heavy law book until it is in position. You might have to wear it permanently.
When asked about his " Supreme Court Motion "... you KNOW he didn't understand/Comprehend the question. He obviously pulled up the script written by El Bey's Leaders Supreme Legal expert to read his homework. Of course we all know... He has NO idea what those words mean. The Judge should ask him to read it over again. You know the rest of the defendants in Zoom Court were glad El Bey had to go first... for Entertainment value
In their concept, words are “magic” in the judicial system. If you say “I do not consent” or “I refuse the contract” the courts or the police have no “jurisdiction” over you. Jurisdiction to these folks is completely voluntary.
